The accounting department works closely with our partnering physicians to effectively handle the expenses and profits related to each unique medical practice.  HPI keeps the physician in control with detailed financial reporting including balance sheets, income summaries, cash flow statements and monthly variance comparison reports. Services include:

The experienced contracting team at HPI negotiates with managed care payers in order to guarantee the highest level of reimbursement for services rendered by our physicians.  Through strong professional relationships, the contracting department has proven successful in maintaining strong reimbursement rates for our physicians. Credentialing team members work directly with our physicians to ensure all licenses and requirements are met and current in order for them to maintain privileges at specified facilities, with insurance companies and with the licensure board. Negotiating contracts with managed care providers and the associated credentialing process can be stressful and time consuming.  Contracting and credentialing work to ease the burden on the physician to ensure seamless transitions into the HPI family. The facility management team at HPI stands ready to respond to any need our physician partners may have regarding building maintenance, upkeep or equipment installation.  We can assist in locating available medical office space and manage construction or remodeling projects of any size.  For existing facilities, the facility management team works closely with practice administrators and clinical staff to perform any necessary repairs or facility upgrades in a manner that provides the least amount of disruption to clinic operations.  Services include:
